The courses with a course fee will be charged from your ITB or other provided project code 10 days after the start of the course.
If you use a project code other than your ITB, make sure you have the permission (e.g. from your supervisor) to use the code.
Cancelling
It will be possible to cancel course participation free of charge up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the course starts. This can be done via “My Education” on the course website.
A late cancellation and no-show fee of 100 €
If a registered participant doesn’t attend a course they have signed up for and did not cancel on time (at least 14 days before the course starts), they will be charged a €100 no-show fee on top of the regular course fee (€0/25/50). Just like the regular course fees, the no-show fee is charged from the ITB or other project code that is provided when registering.
The policy applies to all PhD Academy courses, except for ‘Mastering your PhD’, for which there is no cancellation period or no-show fee.
