This course is designed to empower individuals to harness their personal strengths, clarify their core values and cultivate effective collaboration skills. Through a combination of self-assessment, reflective practices, and interactive activities, you will develop a robust toolkit for self-leadership that fosters personal and professional growth.

The key components of the course:

  • Self-Assessment: you will engage in various self-assessment tools to identify their unique strengths.
  • Strengths Application: Learn how to apply personal strengths in different contexts to enhance performance and satisfaction.
  • Values Exploration: Deep dive into personal values to understand what truly matters.
  • Values Alignment: Techniques to align personal and professional actions with core values.
  • Effective Communication: Develop different strategies for communicating effectively in different professional contexts
