Developing creative research ideas during your PhD

Developing creative and innovative ideas is crucial in our work as a researcher, to bring our work to a higher level and make the impact we hope for. But how can we get to these new creative ideas, either for the content of our PhD research or the process?

Dr. Kiki de Jonge, organizational psychologist and expert in increasing creative thinking, provides a 2-session workshop to learn exactly this. We will draw on scientific research and implement it hands-on to your own PhD topic, learning practical strategies tailored to your cognitive style and individual preferences

By the end of the course, you will have developed creative ideas for your own PhD research, developed a deep understanding of effective creativity strategies and gained the knowledge and skills necessary to increase creativity and innovation in your work as a researcher.

I look forward to meeting you there!

During this workshop series:

  • You will put the theory immediately into practice by developing creative ideas for your PhD research.
  • You will learn strategies that work for you to come up with innovative ideas more often.
  • You will experience that everyone can be creative, and learn what works for you to foster your creative thinking and generate innovative ideas.
